Nicor Construction are a Construction and Property Maintenance Company based in Derry with several long-term maintenance contracts running across Northern Ireland. Nicor work primarily in the Social Housing & Health Sectors. Ongoing Projects include the Installation, Servicing and Maintenance of heating systems (Nicor are Oftec & GasSafe Registered), plumbing systems and general mechanical maintenance throughout both domestic and commercial properties.
Due to continued business success and growth, we are currently recruiting Heating Engineers & Maintenance Plumbers to add to our Highly Skilled & Experienced Team. The positions are full time and permanent with salaries depending on experience and qualifications (Gas / Oil). Immediate starts available for Works in Greater Belfast, Co Down, Co Tyrone, All Across the Northwest.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing an Excellent Quality of Service to Our Clients & Their Customers
- Installation & Maintenance of Heating Systems (Oil & Gas)
- Maintaining Plumbing Systems
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to problem solve and fault find
- Working as part of an Experienced Team
- Available to join Out of Hours Rota
Criteria:
- Must be time served in plumbing with relevant recent experience
- Must have a Full Driving Licence
- Desirable for applicants to have previous recent experience & valid CSR card
- Oftec or Gas Safe Qualifications Desirable but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate
