Tiler in Belfast

Nicor are recruiting a Tiler to work on various Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in South Belfast and around Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Provide a high-quality service to tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void carry out wall tiling to bathrooms and kitchens Ensure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, and using the company PDA system so that the company can invoice for additional work completed Compliant in timeframes allocated of jobs, ensure target dates are met Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules Maintain and care for all company tools Use appropriate safety equipment Ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy and safe at all times Be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company policy Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc. Be responsible for your own safety and all other around you Material co-ordination and organisation inc stock control Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation Oversee/assist in the training of apprentices as required The Ideal Person: Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent Previous trades experience in similar role Up to date relevant industry knowledge Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license Valid CSR Card Ideally have experience working within the Social Housing sector Skills: response maintenance social housing Benefits: Company Vehicle Skills: response maintenance ADZN1_NI41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
