We’re working with a global entertainment business to recruit a Tax Manager on a permanent basis. The role reports to the VP Tax and involves managing compliance and reporting across all territories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing tax compliance processes, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Providing tax advisory support to internal stakeholders and business units.
- Monitoring changes in tax legislation and assessing their impact on the business.
- Coordinating with external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and filings.
- Supporting tax audits and resolving any queries from tax authorities.
- Assisting in the implementation of tax‑efficient structures and processes.
- Preparing and reviewing tax provisions and disclosures for financial reporting purposes.
- Collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate tax accounting and compliance.
Ideal candidates are chartered accountants (ACA / CA / ICAS) from a top practice or those with a couple of years of industry experience looking to take the next step in their career. Multi‑national exposure to direct and indirect tax processes, as well as transfer pricing, is required. A relationship‑led approach is key!
