We're working with a global entertainment business looking to recruit a Tax Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the VP Tax, the remit of the role will be to manage compliance and reporting across all territories. Key areas of focus will include:
- Manage tax compliance processes, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders and business units.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
- Coordinate with external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and filings.
- Support tax audits and resolve any queries from tax authorities.
- Assist in the implementation of tax-efficient structures and processes.
- Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate tax accounting and compliance.
