We're working with a global entertainment business looking to recruit a Tax Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the VP Tax, the remit of the role will be to manage compliance and reporting across all territories and key areas of focus will include:
- Manage tax compliance processes, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders and business units.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
- Coordinate with external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and filings.
- Support tax audits and resolve any queries from tax authorities.
- Assist in the implementation of tax-efficient structures and processes.
- Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate tax accounting and compliance.
They are ideally looking for a chartered accountant (ACA / CA / ICAS) from a top practice or with a couple of years of experience within industry looking to take the next step in their career. You will have multi-national exposure to direct and indirect tax processes, as well as transfer pricing. A relationship-led approach is key!
