We're working with a thriving consumer business looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Director of Sales and with a dotted line to the Senior Manager Team, the remit of the role will be lead the Service Support function, leading a team of 3 and delivering best-in-class customer service. Key areas of focus will include:- Ensuring exceptional customer service and leading by example in striving for customer satisfaction, rapidly responding to queries. Supporting the field sales team by processing customer orders, quotations, proformas via email, phone, online and occasionally face-to face. Advising existing and prospective customers on product suitability and stocks status, and proactively suggesting alternative products where applicable. Assisting with after sales information, liaising with purchasing, dispatch and accounts departments to ensure customer’s orders are delivered on time. Assisting with tender processes and matching company range to incumbent supplier range Proactive courtesy calls to customers to ensure we are meeting their requirements. They're looking for a pro-active and 'on-it' Account Manager with strong inter-personal skills, a problem-solving DNA who can build strong working relationships. Great company, really bubbly team.
