Overview
Interim Senior Financial Modeller (3 months) – Media – £500-600 daily (ACA consultancy background required). This role is an interim assignment for a global media company focusing on robust financial modelling, forecasting business cases and long-term strategy, with exposure to multiple functions and senior stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Perform robust financial modelling for interim term (3 months).
- Partner key stakeholders across multiple functions to forecast business cases and long-term strategy.
- Maintain the long-term planning model and update as required.
- Communicate outputs effectively to influence business decisions, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Evaluate new strategy initiatives, including market and product launches.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of finance concepts; ACA qualification from practice/consultancy preferred. Advanced Excel skills and ability to create and manipulate models following best-practice principles. Commercial acumen and confidence to challenge business rationales. Ability to ensure model outputs form a coherent business case. Experience in transaction services or similar is advantageous.
