We\'re working with a major player in the crypto space who have grown massively over the last 5 years, predominantly down to acquisitions. Due to the significant growth, they are now looking to recruit an Internal Controls Finance Manager to put into place robust frameworks and controls, and work with the business to enable them to operate as effectively as possible, whilst adhering to governance and regulations.
This is a commercial role in as much that the role will work with key stakeholders across the business to guide and advise how they can best push on with new ventures.
Ideally, they are looking for a chartered accountant from a top 20 practice with exposure to internal controls / risk advisory looking to make the move into industry. In-depth understanding and passion for crypto is a must, as is an ability to be flexible and adapt to changing conditions / different cultures etc. Creative thinking will be key to the role and commercial acumen will be utilised constantly.
This is a brand-new role driven by massive growth over a relatively short period of time and will be high profile from the start. The potential for personal growth is vast.
Fully remote working with the possibility of being granted a Digital Nomad Visa should you so wish.
