Technical Architect – Workday / HRIS
Hybrid | UK-based | Permanent
Are you passionate about shaping enterprise HR technology landscapes and driving real business transformation?
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect with deep Workday expertise to join a growing consultancy team. You’ll play a key role in designing and optimising Workday integrations and data/reporting architectures, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll get to influence major transformation programmes and help organisations get the very best out of their Workday investments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Workday integration design and technical architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance with best practices.
- Shape and deliver data & reporting solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Provide technical governance, oversight, and quality assurance through implementation and go-live.
- Champion enterprise architecture principles, security, and performance standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven background as a Technical/Solution Architect in Workday/HRIS environments.
- Expertise in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors).
- Experience delivering data/reporting architectures and insights.
- Involvement in at least one full end-to-end Workday implementation.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Consulting experience desirable, but not essential.
