You will play a key role in transforming a legacy surveillance capability into a scalable, AI-ready, analytics-driven control framework. The environment is collaborative, cross-functional and strategically focused, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and meaningful influence over future surveillance architecture.
The Role

- Reduce false positives while maintaining high detection sensitivity and regulatory robustness
- Integrate new business initiatives into the surveillance framework
- Prepare, clean and model large trade, order and market datasets
- Use Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) and SQL to drive data-led insights and alert calibration
- Build expert-level Tableau dashboards for alert activity, calibration outcomes and executive reporting
- Support the evolution of AI-driven surveillance capabilities and data automation
- Influence stakeholders across Compliance, Technology, Risk and Front Office globally
Core Requirements
- Strong experience designing, tuning and calibrating trade surveillance alerts
- Advanced Python, SQL and Tableau capability (data preparation, analytics, visualisation)
- Strong statistical knowledge (distributions, regression, clustering, anomaly detection)
- Experience preparing structured and unstructured datasets for AI/ML applications
