We’re supporting a client undergoing international expansion and are looking for a senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global operating model. This is a high-impact role sitting across transformation, international rollout, and operational setup, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering the implementation of an international operating model
- Coordinating legal entity setup and regional compliance (via external partners)
- Supporting regional hiring and operational build-out
- Managing end-to-end delivery (planning, risks, budgets, reporting)
- Driving stakeholder engagement and business readiness
Experience required:
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes
- Exposure to international / multi-region environments
- Strong stakeholder management at senior level
- Experience working with operating model implementations
- Any exposure to Middle East or India is advantageous
Details:
- £850–£1,050/day
- Initial 6-month contract
- Hybrid working with some international travel
