Product Engineering Team Lead London, UK | Hybrid (3 days/week) | Permanent, Full-Time We're hiring a Product Engineering Team Lead to join a fast-growing part of our business, working with major financial services clients — reporting into an engineering leader who's genuinely on a mission to transform and scale this practice. This is a role split evenly between technical leadership and people leadership. You'll need real depth in Java, React and Spring Boot — confident enough to design a solution and defend it credibly to a sharp, technical client stakeholder — alongside strong team management experience and the personality to match: someone who builds trust fast, coaches well, and leads with credibility rather than just authority.
