Employee Relations Specialist - Contract | Inside IR35 | c. £1,000 per day

A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join on an interim basis, supporting a broad range of complex and commercially sensitive employee relations matters.

This role requires an individual capable of delivering a true white-glove advisory service , partnering with senior executives and HR leadership teams across a dynamic and highly visible business environment.

Responsibilities

-Lead and advise on complex employee relations cases.

-Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and business leaders.

-Manage high-risk grievances, disciplinaries and investigations.

-Support organisational change, restructuring and transformation activity.

-Ensure consistency, governance and best practice across ER processes.

-Assess and mitigate employment-related business risk.

-Deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions to challenging people issues.

Requirements

-Significant Employee Relations experience within large, complex organisations.

-Strong employment law knowledge.

-Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-profile cases.

-Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

-Experience supporting executive-level leaders.

-Strong judgement, discretion and attention to detail.

-Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
