We’re supporting a client undergoing international expansion and are looking for a senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global operating model. This is a high-impact role sitting across transformation, international rollout, and operational setup, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering the implementation of an international operating model
  • Coordinating legal entity setup and regional compliance (via external partners)
  • Supporting regional hiring and operational build-out
  • Managing end-to-end delivery (planning, risks, budgets, reporting)
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and business readiness

Experience required:

  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes
  • Exposure to international / multi-region environments
  • Strong stakeholder management at senior level
  • Experience working with operating model implementations
  • Any exposure to Middle East or India is advantageous

Details:

  • £850–£1,050/day
  • Initial 6-month contract
  • Hybrid working with some international travel
