We're looking for an experienced IT Applications professional to join a respected qualifications organisation. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving their business-critical systems, working with technologies including SQL Server, Azure services, and enterprise applications.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting and improving their Salesforce, LMS platforms and other business-critical systems
  • Managing releases and configurations (they're adding new tech regularly)
  • Working with their data stack (SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI would be useful)
  • Bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical users

No need to be from an educational background, but you will need:

  • Solid SQL experience (2+ years minimum)
  • Practical knowledge of application support best practices
  • Clear communication skills
  • Comfort working hybrid in Leicester (2-3 days/week)
