Job Description
Senior IT Applications Analyst | NEBOSH | Leicester (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite) | £35k
We're looking for an experienced IT Applications professional to join a respected qualifications organisation. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving their business-critical systems, working with technologies including SQL Server, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
You'll be:
- Supporting and improving their Salesforce, LMS platforms and other business-critical systems
- Managing releases and configurations (they're adding new tech regularly)
- Working with their data stack (SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI would be useful)
- Bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical users
No need to be from an educational background, but you will need:
- Solid SQL experience (2+ years minimum)
- Practical knowledge of application support best practices
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort working hybrid in Leicester (2-3 days/week)
