Ready to take ownership of critical applications and drive innovation across a dynamic tech environment? We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Application Support Consultant to join our IT team. In this hybrid role, you'll provide high-quality application development and systems support, helping to maintain and evolve platforms like Salesforce, SQL Server, Azure (IaaS & PaaS), Databricks, and more.
You'll play a key part in supporting internal teams and customers by:
- Leading application releases, upgrades, and incident resolution
- Maintaining automation and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ARM, and YAML
- Supporting third-party applications and managing software releases
- Contributing to architecture decisions, reports, and system monitoring
We're after someone who:
- Has experience with CRM, Scripting, APIs (REST/SOAP), cloud services, and Azure DevOps
- Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in cross-functional teams and customer-facing scenarios
