12-month fixed-term contract – Salesforce Implementation Specialist | Mostly remote | £34k

  • Leicester (Mostly remote – approx. 1 day/week in the office)
  • 12-month FTC
  • £34,000 per annum

Are you passionate about digital transformation and CRM systems? We're looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of a new Salesforce CRM platform as part of a wider business change programme.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent the Business Development team within the CRM Product Delivery Team
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and third-party suppliers
  • Define and review CRM requirements to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Support testing (UAT), training, and documentation for end users
  • Use tools like Jira to manage tasks and track progress
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure the customer perspective is well represented throughout the implementation
