CRM Campaign Manager (Braze) – Contract – Outside IR35 – C£350 per day, DOE

Our client is seeking a skilled Braze CRM Specialist to support the development and optimisation of their customer engagement ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of marketing automation and technical integration.

You will build personalised customer journeys in Braze, create high-quality HTML-based email and in-app templates, and ensure seamless data flow through Braze APIs and Webhooks. The ideal candidate understands both campaign logic and technical underpinnings.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise multi-channel journeys using Braze Canvas
• Create responsive HTML templates for email and in-app messaging
• Integrate Braze with internal systems using APIs, events, and Webhooks
• Maintain data accuracy, segmentation logic, and event triggers
• Analyse performance and ongoing improvements

Experience Required

• Proven background in Braze, CRM, or customer life cycle automation
• Strong working knowledge of HTML
• Comfortable working with REST APIs, data mapping, and Real Time event feeds
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
