We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join a leading PropTech business building software for real estate/estate agency customers across the UK and internationally. You'll be leading design on a responsive CRM used by estate agents as well as a new consumer product for owners and tenants, working end‑to‑end from discovery through to high‑fidelity prototypes and handover.

- Contract – Outside IR35
- Up to £400/day (DOE)
- Remote (UK) with 1 day per week in the London or Leeds office
- PropTech / Real Estate, B2B SaaS
What you’ll be doing
- Lead product design for a responsive CRM used by estate agents and a new consumer‑facing product
- Own the full end‑to‑end design process: discovery, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity Figma prototypes, user testing, and hand‑off
- Translate user and business needs into intuitive product experiences across both B2B and B2C contexts
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment
Essential Experience
- Strong Figma experience (prototyping essential)
- Proven background in B2B SaaS product design
- If you have agency experience, you must also have recent hands‑on B2B SaaS work
- Experience across the full product design lifecycle
- At least 7 years' product design experience, including 2+ years in an in‑house product team
- Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience creating B2B tools (CRM, dashboards, workflow tools)
- Experience with Generative or Agentic AI in design workflows
- Background in real estate or other complex, data‑heavy product areas
