What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Represent the Business Development team within the CRM Product Delivery Team
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and third-party suppliers

  • Support testing (UAT), training, and documentation for end users
  • Use tools like Jira to manage tasks and track progress
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
