CRM Implementation Specialist – Leicester (Mostly remote – approx. 1 day/week in the office)

Are you passionate about digital transformation and CRM systems? We\\\’re looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of a new Salesforce CRM platform as part of a wider business change programme.

What You\\\’ll Be Doing
- Represent the Business Development team within the CRM Product Delivery Team
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and third-party suppliers
- Define and review CRM requirements to ensure alignment with business needs
- Support testing (UAT), training, and documentation for end users
- Use tools like Jira to manage tasks and track progress
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- Ensure the customer perspective is well represented throughout the implementation
