About the role
The Nicolaudie UK office in Brighton is seeking a Technical Support & Showcase Specialist to join our friendly team, to provide high quality technical support and product demonstrations for our range of entertainment lighting solutions.
Working alongside a small team, your main responsibilities will be supplying high quality support for new and existing customers through online tickets and forums, maintaining an active presence in our online user forums, and traveling to Germany to present our products to prospective and current clients.
Please note: this is a role, offering up to 2 days per week working from home, with the rest of the time spent in our central Brighton office.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has
- Professional fluency in both English and German (written and spoken).
- Willingness and ability to travel for business to Germany (and other locations when required).
- Comfortable presenting products directly to prospective and existing customers.
- Keen interest and knowledge of creative computing (e. g., music, design, video software).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and SLAs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
It would be great if you have the following, but it's not essential
- Higher-level educational qualification in a technical or creative field.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Experience working with task management tools such as Click Up, Trello, or Asana.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for short promotional or instructional videos.
- Understanding of the lighting control industry.
