Role Description
This is a contract, on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Newquay.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tracking project costs, and supporting cost planning from pre-contract through final account.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring budgets, producing cost reports, valuing works, assessing variations, and working with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate financial control.
The role also involves supporting tender preparation, advising on cost risks, and contributing to efficient procurement and payment processes.
