Niclen+Publitec UK is a company specialising in the dry-hire market for lighting, video, rigging and audio equipment in the UK. With the support of Niclen GmbH, a leading European supplier, Niclen+Publitec UK offers a comprehensive range of equipment for professional event and production companies. The head office and warehouse are located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, and serve as the central hub for all UK operations. Where required, a large stock of equipment from the warehouse in Dortmund, Germany, is also available to meet the needs of UK clients. Our aim is to both strengthen existing partnerships and build new connections within the industry.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our client relationships. Your daily tasks will include supporting existing clients, acquiring new clients, and providing advice and support in selecting suitable solutions for hire projects. In addition, you will monitor compliance with agreed rental terms and work closely with internal teams to ensure orders run smoothly. This full-time role is hybrid, with an office based in High Wycombe and the option to work from home occasionally.
Qualifications
- Communication and customer focus: Excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers and a strong customer-focused approach are essential.
- Sales and business development: Experience in building customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and identifying and acquiring new customers.
