The Role

Key Account Manager based in London will drive growth in the UK by managing and growing strategic retail and wholesale accounts. A unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing, mission‑driven company and bring better snacking to more people.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow existing UK retail accounts, delivering strong growth and flawless execution.
  • Hunt new business, securing new distribution opportunities across grocery, convenience and wholesale.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and product teams to ensure customer success and align with brand strategy.
  • Analyse and report, using data and insights to drive performance, make recommendations and deliver results.
  • Negotiate, leading annual negotiations including pricing, promotional plans and joint business planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG account management, ideally in impulse categories.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with UK grocery and wholesale accounts (e.g., CN Foods, DDC, Epicurium, Automatic Retailing).
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial and competitive mindset – roll up your sleeves and deliver growth with existing customers and unlock new distribution.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and disruptive consumer brands.
  • London‑based, with some travel required.
