We are looking for an experienced, highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to elevate our social media presence and drive content that directly supports brand growth and sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of storytelling, the power of community, and the importance of balancing aesthetics with performance. You will be responsible for content creation, social media strategy, community building, and analytics—with a sharp focus on results and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Lead the ideation, production, and execution of high-quality content that reflects the brand’s unique identity and values. Create photo, video, and written content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other social platforms. Ensure content is not only visually beautiful but tells a cohesive, engaging brand story. Own the content calendar, planning around product launches, campaigns, collaborations, and key commercial moments.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with brand, marketing, and commercial goals. Manage daily posting, audience engagement, and community interaction with a consistent brand voice. Coordinate with the team to deliver paid digital campaigns to support customer reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, PR, creative, and founder for alignment.
- Community Growth: Proactively build and nurture our social media community with genuine, two-way engagement. Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, stylists, and collaborators aligned with our values and aesthetic. Spot and cultivate authentic brand partnerships that feel organic to our audience.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse social media KPIs and content performance using relevant tools. Translate insights into actionable strategies for growth, reach, and engagement. Produce regular reports highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next. Stay at the frontier of social trends, platform changes, and cultural moments to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Experiment with new formats and features, bringing bold, creative ideas to life that resonate with our audience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a content or social media management role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio of content and campaigns that demonstrate your ability to create, grow, and convert an audience.
- Photography/videography skills with an eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong visual and copywriting sensibility.
- Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest analytics tools, and content trends.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passion for fashion, design, and sustainability.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid digital ads.
