We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our growing London-based hedge fund, specialising in digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:
As COO, you will report directly to the founding partners and oversee all operational aspects of the fund, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth.
- Oversee trading operations, fund accounting, operational risk management, and compliance infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with key service providers.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with FCA and NFA regulations and manage relationships with regulators.
- Lead audits and ensure adherence to global best practices.
Team and Culture:
- Manage and mentor middle office, legal and finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with trading teams to streamline processes.
Technology and Innovation:
- Drive technological enhancements to support trading and operational efficiency.
- Understand and develop the firm’s custody and payment structures.
- Oversee cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within financial services, hedge funds, or trading firms.
- Deep understanding of hedge fund operations, particularly multi-manager models.
