Job Description

Salesperson / Customer Services Advisor
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:30pm.
Salary- basic £23,000 pa, after a probationary period we pay uncapped commission on sales.

We are a small, family owned and managed progressive aftermarket parts business looking for an ambitious sales person to join our sales team. We sell in over 70 countries on 6 continents to a wide range of customers globally, if you are an agriculture dealer parts person looking for a higher challenge with greater rewards, or somebody with an interest in agriculture or sales looking to be part of a tight knit dynamic team looking to go places then we are the company for you.

Duties:

  • All aspects of the sales department.
  • \\n

  • Dealing with part sales by phone, email and face to face.
  • \\n

  • Ensuring the sale is completed and dealing with customer enquiries
  • \\n

  • Stock management and inventory
  • \\n

  • Invoicing
  • \\n

  • mainly office based role with potential for some travel nationally and internationally.
  • \\n

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Computer Literacy essential

  • Excellent customer relationship skills

  • Knowledge of Tractors and the Agricultural Industry, preferably experience in the spare parts industry.
