We\’re seeking high-performing Direct Sales Representatives with proven experience in the furniture or home interiors industry. You\’ll work directly with prospective clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and close deals efficiently and effectively.

The Role
You will create furniture sales to retail customers at our BRAND NEW SHOWROOM in Farnborough.
Becoming an expert on our products, you will ensure they are displayed to the highest standards and provide excellent sales advice to customers and colleagues in order to achieve maximum sales and profitability.
You will also ensure that stock is ordered, received, stored and displayed in line with company guidelines and process incoming information and enquiries.
Please note, this role will require weekend and late-night work (until 7pm) as part of a shift pattern.
About You
3+ years of experience in closing direct sales — ideally in furniture, interiors, or luxury retail Proven ability to convert leads into sales and consistently exceed targets Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Data-driven approach to sales Flexible to work evenings/weekends
