Global consumer business is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to help shape decisions across brand, marketing, sales and operations. This is a broad, high‑visibility role where you’ll turn numbers into insight, influence stakeholders, and drive performance across multiple channels and markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner senior stakeholders to support strategic and day‑to‑day commercial decisions (pricing, promotions, investment cases, trade spend, etc.)
  • Own budgets, forecasts and long‑range plans for your business areas, including variance analysis and clear performance narratives
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate initiatives and improve ROI (marketing effectiveness, product launches, channel performance)
  • Deliver monthly reporting packs and actionable insights for leadership, highlighting risks/opportunities and recommending actions
  • Support annual planning cycles and collaborate with FP&A, finance operations and wider business teams to improve ways of working
  • Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards that track volume, margin, mix, customer profitability and brand performance
  • Identify and drive cost and margin improvement opportunities, ensuring accountability and follow‑through

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACMA) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in an FP&A / commercial finance / finance business partnering role (consumer, retail, FMCG, e‑commerce or similar preferred)
  • Strong modelling and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear recommendations
  • Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and influence non‑finance stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment with multiple priorities
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and ERP systems is a plus
