Management Accountant in Surrey

Redhill, Surrey (predominantly office-based) Fast-growing property developer based in Redhill is seeking to recruit a finalist or recently qualified accountant from Practice or Industry. Exposure to the real estate industry, or real estate clients in audit would be beneficial. As the business continues to grow, they are expanding the finance function to support an increasing portfolio of developments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team at a pivotal stage in the company’s journey. The Opportunity This is a broad, hands‑on role offering real ownership and exposure across the business. You will play a key part in financial reporting, supporting the audit process, and partnering with operational teams across multiple live development sites. In this role, you will: Prepare monthly management accounts, including P
