Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

6-month contract position

Consumer brands company based in Finsbury Park is looking to recruit an immediately available assistant accountant to report to the finance director with responsibility for the following areas:

  • Accounts Payable - ensure accurate and timely inputting of all invoices onto Sage 200 system, dealing with payment runs, account reconciliations and supplier queries
  • Accounts Receivable - raising sales invoices, managing collections and reconciling payments
  • Bank reconciliations - ensuring all bank accounts are reconciled and up to date
  • Assisting finance director with month end close
  • Ad hoc work as required

Required experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounts
  • Sage 200 experience essential
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
