Base pay range
Our client is seeking a highly capable finance director to drive the future growth of the company organically and through acquisition. You will partner with the CEO on all forward-looking matters, while ensuring strong cash management and timely reporting is in place at all times.
Responsibilities
- Business partnering the CEO on the strategic direction of the company; building the 5 year plan
- Oversight of financial control environment, driving enhancements
- Managing and leading the finance team, ensuring roles are clearly defined and fit for purpose
- Lead the year end audit process
- Oversee statutory reporting
- Management reporting to investors regularly
- Oversee all cash matters for the company
- Along with the project systems manager, appraising new, bigger systems, both finance and non-finance, and oversight of successful systems implementations
Your background
- Qualified accountant (ideally audit trained) with relevant PQE
- Experience of working in labour-intensive businesses
- Services experience beneficial
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Strong leader with high standards
