Our client, one of Essex's top employers, is seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the in-house finance system, and ensure regular finance and sales reports are sent out to the business in a timely manner. This role would suit a highly experienced finance or admin professional who is seeking a new challenge to progress their career. This is an office-based role in Brentwood, Essex.
Main responsibilities:
- Data input; ensure sales data is logged accurately onto the system and in a timely manner
- Ownership of a finance and sales database, inputting sales related information accurately onto the system and ensuring this is kept up to date at all times
- Produce daily/weekly reports in line with business requirements, checking for data integrity and accuracy
- Create, update and analyse Excel spreadsheets to track performance and activities
- Set up of reports, records and entries for new business
- Support the Finance and Sales Departments with various tasks and activities
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to all departmental queries
- First point of call for system related queries
Your background:
- Mid-to-advanced level MS Excel skills
- Min. 5 GCSE's or equivalent at grade C (5) or above
- Works with colleagues in a professional manner at all times
- Significant experience working in administration positions
- Team player
