About the Role
The Senior Therapist is integral to delivering The Nici’s signature spa experience. You will provide expert treatments, mentor junior therapists, and ensure that each guest enjoys a bespoke, high‑quality wellness experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive range of spa treatments with precision and attention to detail.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities reflect the brand’s luxury standards.
- Advise guests on treatments, wellness programmes, and retail products.
- Assist with operational tasks, including scheduling, guest feedback monitoring, and service optimisation.
Candidate Profile
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty/Spa Therapy.
- Prior experience in a luxury spa or high‑end hospitality environment.
- Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑oriented, professional, and attentive to detail.
