The Role
We are looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and service-driven Concierge to join our Front of House team for this exciting new opening. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences—acting as the go-to expert for local recommendations, reservations, and personalised service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests
- Provide expert knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Arrange bookings such as dining, transport, and excursions
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Handle guest requests efficiently and with attention to detail
- Work closely with Reception and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service
About You
