The NICI Newquay is an exciting new luxury coastal resort opening in summer 2026, bringing a vibrant lifestyle‑hotel concept to the Cornish coast. The hotel is transforming the historic former Hotel Victoria into a stylish destination overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The property will feature around 82 guest rooms, a spa with a 20‑metre indoor pool, thermal suite and treatment rooms, a gym, and vibrant restaurants including the Italian‑inspired Amalfi’s and the relaxed beach café Tucker Rocks.

This new hotel is inspired by the success of the flagship The NICI, a luxury boutique resort that opened after a major refurbishment and introduced a Miami‑style beach‑club atmosphere with spa, outdoor pool, restaurants and premium guest experiences. The Newquay property will replicate this relaxed yet high‑end hospitality style, creating a luxury lifestyle destination with a strong focus on guest service, atmosphere, and memorable experiences.
