About the Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Head Housekeeper by overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest room and public area meets the brand’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff in their daily duties.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with presentation and hygiene standards.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Monitor and manage schedules, workloads, and performance.
- Report operational issues and liaise with other hotel departments.
