About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head Therapist to lead our luxury spa team at The Nici. You will oversee the delivery of exceptional treatments, ensure the highest service standards, and help create an outstanding guest wellness experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train and support the spa therapy team
- Deliver high‑quality treatments when required
- Ensure spa standards, hygiene and guest care are maintained
- Manage treatment bookings, product sales and spa performance
- Support recruitment, training and team development
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified spa therapist with senior experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for guest wellbeing and luxury service
- Experience with premium spa brands preferred
