Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments to the highest standards
- Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for guests
- Provide expert advice on treatments, skincare, and wellness products
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards within treatment rooms
- Support the spa reception and guest journey when required
- Contribute to a positive team culture within the spa and wider hotel
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Spa or Beauty Therapist (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment is desirable
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
