The role At The Nici, we pride ourselves on delivering a luxury guest experience with exceptional attention to detail. Our spa is a tranquil retreat where cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort are paramount. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Head Spa Housekeeper to support the smooth running of our spa facilities. You will assist in leading the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Spa Housekeeper in overseeing daily spa cleaning operations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and poolside facilities
- Supervise and motivate the spa housekeeping team during shifts
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and exceeded
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa and housekeeping supplies
- Conduct routine quality checks and report maintenance issues promptly
- Help train new team members and uphold brand standards
About You
- Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally within a luxury spa or hotel environment
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
