The Role

We are looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and service-driven Concierge to join our Front of House team for this exciting new opening. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences—acting as the go-to expert for local recommendations, reservations, and personalised service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests
  • Provide expert knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and activities
  • Arrange bookings such as dining, transport, and excursions
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Handle guest requests efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Work closely with Reception and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service

About You

  • Previous experience in a Concierge or guest-facing hospitality role preferred
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive
  • Good local knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
