The Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms to company standards
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout public areas of the hotel
- Replenishing guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
- Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations
- Delivering excellent service and attention to detail in every aspect of your work
About You
- A minimum of 2 years' housekeeping experience, preferably within a hotel environment
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- A positive, hardworking, and reliable approach
- Strong teamwork skills
