The role

The Nici, we believe luxury should feel effortless. We’re looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionist to be the face of our guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently via our PMS
• Provide concierge-level information about hotel services and local attractions
• Handle check-outs, payments, and invoicing accurately
• Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly with empathy and tact

What We’re Looking For

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
• Confident communicator with a naturally friendly and welcoming approach
• Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar) is a bonus
• Passionate about providing exceptional service and a memorable guest experience
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
