The Role
As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of The NICI experience, serving expertly crafted drinks, delivering polished service, and creating memorable moments for our guests. You’ll work in a lively, high‑energy environment alongside a passionate team, helping to set the standard for luxury bar experiences in Newquay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Deliver personalised, attentive service with energy and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area
- Assist with stock management, inventory, and bar supplies
- Collaborate with the bar team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Engage guests with enthusiasm and knowledge of drinks, menus, and recommendations
About You
