We need a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our dynamic Operations team.
This is a crucial role to support our purchasing and production planning departments, so high levels of organisation, efficiency and previous purchasing experience are required.
- You must enjoy maths and numbers

- We manufacture, so you must have had previous experience purchasing for manufactured product
- You need to be logical- Projects have many bespoke requirements, so there's always a lot of new detail to work through.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Manage the purchasing and production inbox and associated admin.
- Enter received goods at accurate cost price, and complete delivery note admin.

- Factory paperwork, such as labels/fitting instructions.
