We are seeking an enthusiastic soft landscaper to join our maintenance team at a prestigious site in Bicester. The team maintains high-quality standards and is looking for an individual with a 'can do' attitude. This role is suitable for someone with some experience who wants to further develop their skills in soft landscaping and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Pruning, lawn care, site preparation, clearance work, planting, watering.
- Follow and uphold Health & Safety measures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Maintain the landscape to a high standard, keeping it tidy and healthy.
- Review gardening practices, tools, and PPE regularly.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Be driven and positive.
- Be physically fit, as the role requires hard, physical work.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Be comfortable working outside in all conditions.
- Have a full, clean UK driving license.
Desirable Skills
- Machinery skills such as Telehandler, MEWP, Digger, and Dumper are advantageous.
- Good horticultural knowledge and experience in garden maintenance.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Seasonal hours vary from 06:30 – 15:30 in summer to 07:30 – 16:30 in autumn/winter. Occasional night work may be required for holiday cover.
