We are seeking a Senior Gardener to join our professional Garden Maintenance team.
Applicants should be self-motivated and capable of hard, physical work with good knowledge of gardening practices and plants.
The role requires someone who is enthusiastic, able to communicate well and have a good client interface.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the clients' garden to a consistently high standard
- To be able to prioritise jobs & take a lead role in productivity and technical practices on site
- Liaising with clients in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Risk assessing maintenance practices each day
- Completing tasks efficiently and productively, ensuring that you have allocated time appropriately
- Creating a seasonal plan for the client's garden and implementing seasonal tasks as required
- Supporting and leading other team members where required
The ideal candidate will
- Have 3-4 years of gardening experience
- Be organised and efficient
- Have a commercial understanding
- Have a full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable
- RHS qualification
- Confident using trailers
- Relevant certifications e. g. PA1/PA6, chainsaw etc.
