Our Landscape Architecture team is expanding, working on a diverse range of schemes for prestigious clients across Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hampshire, and North Wales. Our portfolio includes:
- Design code work

- Recreation and tourism design
- Commercial and industrial projects with Green Infrastructure
We collaborate with top architectural and planning consultancies. Our work is both exciting and challenging, aiming to enhance the built environment and natural systems.
We seek an enthusiastic, detail-oriented graduate eager to start a career in Landscape Architecture. The role offers opportunities to support our team on various projects and includes mentorship towards Chartership of the Landscape Institute.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist senior landscape architects in project tasks
- Develop graphics and visual materials for concepts
- Produce CAD plans and detailed design packages
- Prepare planting plans
- Attend client meetings at different project stages
- Participate in Continuing Professional Development activities
Candidate profile:
- Team player with initiative
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Evidence of design skills
- Proficiency in CAD and software (Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365)
- Knowledge of landscape construction detailing
- Passion for sustainability in design
- Eager to learn new skills
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Good plant knowledge or horticulture experience
- 1-2 years experience in a design studio
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, requiring in-office work daily.
